Langhorne, PA (8/29/97) - ICT GROUP, INC. has appointed Susan Bettenhausen vice president of telecommunications industry services. In this position, Bettenhausen is responsible for the strategic management and business development of all customer care and call center teleservices applications specialized for the telecommunications industry.
As the leader of ICT GROUP's telecom industry services team, she will be focusing on increasing program efficiency and enhancing the overall line of services currently offered to clients within this industry sector.
Prior to joining the company, Bettenhausen held several key marketing and business development positions with Bell Atlantic Corporation, including director of strategic planning and director of marketing for PrimeCo Personal Communications LP, a joint venture owned by Bell Atlantic, US West Media Group and AirTouch Communications. In addition, she has more than 10 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, having held numerous marketing and operations management positions. Bettenhausen has a BS in Computer Science from Villanova University. She is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, the American Telemarketing Association, the International Customer Service Association and the Help Desk Institute.
